Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Whether the syringe got sterilized before reuse? For what purpose it had been reused? Whether it is used for Intravenous or intramuscular injection purpose?
As long as the blood inside the syringe or needle not get dried, it would be infectious. At the same time the individual with undetectable viral load would unlikely to transmit the infection to others. Single virion can not cause a new infection.
