Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of severe toothache which seems to be due to presence of infection there are chances of nerves which are present vital which gets irritated.

Need not to worry. I would suggest you to take Clindamycin along with Ibuprofen to subside infection and pain as this is a very effective combination in treatment of infection. Maintain proper oral hygiene. Do warm saline gargles. Take Tramadol 50 mg three times a day if severe pain and visit dentist once and get complete examination done and start treatment accordingly. Get IOPA done to find any residual infection.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
