How Early Can HIV Infection Be Diagnosed After Possible Exposure?

Q1 . Dear sir I had a sex with prostitute and condom break for 10 sec .I wipe the penis with the cloth and put new one and ejaculate in that . So there a chance if getting HIV . And after that of one week I had beaches appetite low. Sore throat dry mouth. I took 2 test after 2 weeks one is HIV pcr RNA quantities. And second is HIV 1 2 and p24 . What u suggest do I need to take further test or how many changes are there for being infected .

Hello,

Although you have not ejaculated inside vagina, condom rupture carries risk. So, HIV should be ruled out.

For that, you had investigated with molecular test, hence it is Confirmatory test. So chance of HIV very nil in you as molecular test negative.
