How Does One Deal With Extreme Fatigue In Case Of An 85-year-old Woman?

85 year old female, takes meds for blood pressure, mild dosages of lisinopril and hct. she had recent blood work and echocardiogram. was told result normal by clerk, never got to talk with doctor and is waiting for a call back from doctor. she has extreme fatigue, she used to be able to exercise a couple of days per week and now wouldn t think of it. she s tired after the slightest exertion, even to make herself something to eat. i m her son and speak with her every day. interestingly, she seems to get hiccups practically every time i call mid-way during the conversation. no particular emotional stress on her right now. i m not sure what to think looking for what to recommend to her. frustrating situation.
