With her age and history of rejection of graft, nothing more can be done. What is the visual status of both the eyes If pl pr isabsent in both the eyes Then nothing more can be done to improve vision. If pllllllll pr present in one eye then low visual Add can be tried. If no then diabetis can be investigated and treated.
