Hello,

You would need to consider an antihistamine/decongestant combination. Decongestants work for nasal congestion and also decrease postnasal drip of mucus in persons who may not have any nasal symptoms. Example of oral decongestants are- Zyrtec D, Allegra D, Benadryl D, Claritin D.

A topical decongestant can be added to the oral medication to help speed up resolution example. Otrivine or normal saline.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Michelle Gibson James
