Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
It looks like there is tooth abscess formation that is the cause of tooth ache and swelling on cheek and due to infection only there is fever and chills.Taking antibiotics can give you only temporary relief and the best way to proceed is to consult a Dentist and get evaluated and an x ray of the tooth should be done. The tooth has to be treated so that the infection is completely resolved. You can be advised root canal treatment of the tooth if the tooth can be saved and along with it a script of antibiotics and painkillers will also be advised. But of tooth cannot be saved then removal of tooth under antibiotic cover can be done.Do not take antibiotics on your own and better consult an Oral Physician/ Dentist. For now do cool compresses over the cheek.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
