I have gone through your problem.
As you said that you are suffering from abdominal budging. In my point of view you might be suffering from mild
gastritis. The food you eat is not getting digested properly and hence creating
bloating in your stomach. You need to be careful about what to eat and what not to.
1. Eat fresh fruits and food.
2. Keep frozen, fried and precooked foods at bay.
3. Drink a plenty of water.
4. Proper walk for 30 - 45 mins a day.
5. Take freshly made porridge in breakfast.
6. Add 1-2 bowls of curd (home made) in your meals. Curd contains natural probiotics and good bacterias which help in digesting food.
7. Chew you food atleast 32 times in your mouth cavity before swallowing it.
8. Don't drink water just after having your food.
9. Take 1/2 tsp of trifala powder with one glass full lukewarm water at bed time. It will help in excreting toxins out of your body.
