How Can Sleep Disorder Causing Lack Of Sleep Be Treated?

saturday night i layed in bed with my eyes closed and did not fall asleep. sunday night the same thing happened i finally got 5 hours of sleep monday night. then last night i had trouble also and am very veyr tired sometimes i will take .25g of xanex to help me sleep so i tried it hours later i was still awake i ended up taking 1.25 g of xanex and finally got to sleep but not as quickly as i had hoped. why am i not sleeping? i tried exercise. xanex which i hate to use, warm caffeine free tea, stretching, and music

Welcome to HCM.

Here are some tips which would help you to get a better sleep:
Avoid bedtime tea, coffee, chocolates.
Avoid daytime naps.
Get proper daytime exposure of natural light.
Donot listen to loud and fast music while sleeping.
Use bed only for sleeping. If you donot get to sleep within 20minutes if lying onto bed, get up and take a small walk in your room or balcony.
Donot do vigorous exercises before goin to bed.
