How Can Retrograde Ejaculation Be Treated?

I am a male in my upper 70 s and for approx. for the last 10 yrs. I do not ejaculate during intercourse or forplay. My wife and I have had a extremely good sex life up until about 10yrs. ago. and we still enjoy sex and I can satisfy her orally, but when she returns the act, I get aroused but do not ejaculate. What is my best route to take to help solve this problem?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Because of age the sperm production reduces gradually it is very common condition but it can be managed with exercise and protein contained diet, let me inform you that if you are having good erection and performing normal coitus then it is nothing to worry even if you are having less or no ejaculation, hormone changed is the cause and it is happening due to age.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
