How Can Retinal Detachment Be Treated?

I had a retinal detachment about a month ago and it was treated with a gas bubble and laser. I'm told it's progressing well and much vision has been restored, but was also told there's still some hemorrhage in the same place as before the treatment a month ago. The specialist said he'll watch it and wants me back in two months. Should I be concerned? Thank you.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Option is laser gas bubble or buckling can be done. It is to be watched and reviewed after 1 month. There is no way except to keep it under observation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashok Kumar Dash
