How Can Restless Leg Syndrome Be Treated?

I am looking for something to light the affects of restless leg syndrome. I have not slept more than 10 hrs the last 3 days. It started i my legs and is now in my legs and arms. I am extremely tired but everytime I go to bed , I am up within 5 minutes because the of the restlessness

Restless leg syndrome is treated by treating the risk factors that aggravate it. Common causes for restless leg syndrome is:
1. Anemia
2. Anxiety or panic attacks.
3. Infection.
4. Excessive caffeine intake.
5. Renal failure.
6. Narcolepsy etc.

Do regular exercise and yoga, avoid alcohol and caffeine drinks.
Use tablet Alprazolam at night for five days.
Please check your blood pressure and thyroid status.
