Hi,

The pressure and cramps in lower abdomen indicates possible calculus in the urinary system. The bleeding per rectum might be fissure or hemorrhoid related.

There is no emergency in any case, rather can wait till morning consulting of regular physician. Primary relief with sitz bath and plenty of liquids.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
