How Can Pinguecula On The Sclera Of The Eyes Be Treated?

Hello!
I have a pimple or a bump and redness on the white part of my eyeball toward the ear.
There is no puss or very little in the morning.
I have seen a doctor but today it seems raw red like it burst.
it feels like foreign object scratching and gritty.

if it is painless most probably it could be pingecula
and you can safely use any of the lubricating drops 4 times a day one drop each(lubrex or soft drops or refresh tears)
usually it would not cause any harm except for the feeling of foreign body or grittiness. above mentioned drops would take care of these symptoms.
if redness is there or severe itching is there you may use nepalact eye drops 2 times a day one drop each
if for cosmetic reason you want to get rid of it then visit cornea specialist
if it is associated with pain and severe redness n watering then its better to visit uvea specialist to rule out episcleritis or scleritis
