Hello, aldara some times increases size and no of genital warts. If you have developed skin wounds, discontinue the drug and show the site of application to the doctor.
Always wash the area and dried well before the cream is applied. Wash your hands well and dry them. We usually prescribe aldara 3 times a week for 16 weeks. Don't use it more frequently than that. Wash the cream within 6-9 hours of application. Don't keep the cream more than that time. Hope this helps. Thank you.
