How Can Pain In The Left Shoulder And Stomach Be Treated While On A Cardiac Stent?
I was prescribed Methylprednisolone in the ER by a doctor I who admitted he could not really identify my spinal pain. Several years ago I was hit by a car on my right hip. Last year I had several surgeries on my lumbar spinal column. I am 70 years old and had a stent put in one of my heart arteries about a year ago. I now have pain in my left shoulder and my stomach is bothering me. I cannot sleep.

How Can Pain In The Left Shoulder And Stomach Be Treated While On A Cardiac Stent?
Hello, The cardiac stent may not cause left shoulder joint pain. It may be ischemia of heart in which pain may radiate to left arm and left chest. It may be a pain due to an infraction or left shoulder joint osteoarthritis or pleurisy or gastritis etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Use tablet Pantoprazole. Get it done ECG, chest X-ray, left shoulder joint X-ray then consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
