My prom is this saturday at 8:00 pm. i pulled a neck muscle wednesday at 7:15 P.m. i went to the doctor and got vicadine (sp) pain killers and they told me to keep heat on it. i pulled my neck doing a simple thing, i was pushing my self up from the edge of my bed and as i did this my head pulled at a strange angle causing what felt like fire shoot through my neck and shoulder. so im just wondering do you think by prom ill be fine to dance without pain?
