Hi,

Most common cause for gas bloating is swallowing of air. Other possibilities like gastritis or irritable bowel syndrome or inflammatory bowel problems or food Intolerance etc. Avoid spicy food and alcohol avoid smoking and caffeine drinks. Use tablet Pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. Avoid gluten and lactose contain food. Use tablet Simethicone twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your gastroentrologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
