How Can I Increase My Weight?

Hi Myself Roshan Shaikh, I am 23, male having 5.7 inch height with 52 kg. I want to increase my weight as i look liltle skinny, however my metabolism its too fast that i consume 1000 calorie but still feel weakness. Even I have multiple time food but still no result but all above mention appetite are not regular is that s the problem for my weight gain..? And is cypon will be the best option to increase decent weight for me?? if yes then let me know the dose..?

HELLO MR ROSHAN SHAIKH, THANX FOR USING HCM.
Your bmi suggest that your underweight.1000 kcal diet is not sufficient for you. you atleast require 2000 kcal diet.
you can put on weight unless you dont suffer from any gastric problems like frequent bowels, Ibs or any digestive disorders
Split your meals into 5 times a day.
Include cereals and starches like rice, chapathi, breads, pasta, macaroni ,potatoes ,One in each meal with proteins like egg, pulses , beans, cheese, chicken, lean meat.
Include 3 servings of milk products in a day like milk, curds, buttermilk.
Consume 3 -4 servings of fruits and vegetables daily.
Use healthy fats like olive oil, canola oil, groundnut oil, almonds, walnuts, cashewnuts as it helps in increasing weight.
Limit your consumption of fats like butter , cream , ghee, mayonnaise, lard as it can increase your cholesterol.
Join gym do some muscle building exercises.
Well balanced diet itself is sufficient enough to make you gain weight.Try with the above guidelines first ,you will put on soon.
