Hello,

Thanks a lot for your question. I have read it carefully and i will try to assist you.
A man of 5.4 ft height should have - approximately - a weight of 64 kg.
From the information you gave it is estimated that in order to increase your weight by half a kilo every week (2 kg per month) you should consume 1990 calories per day.
An example of a 1990 kcal day vegetarian diet is the following:

-Breakfast: 1 cup of cereal with milk.
-Snack: A handful of raw nuts and dried fruit.
-Lunch: 2 cups of vegetable pasta.
-Snack: Toast with 2 slices of bread/cheese/vegetables, 1 glass of fruit juice.
-Dinner: 1 cup of mushroom risotto, avocado salad, 1 fruit.

Thank you,
Georgia Charpidi
