How Can Fibrolipoma Behind The Neck Be Treated?

i have fibrolipoma on back of my neck doctors gave me flucloxacillin it is very uncomfortable feeling around my back I get pain and is swollen as well the doctor not to worry it just tissue but I prefer that iit is taken out but the doctor won't refer to hospital

Hi there,

A general surgeon can likely remove this. Antibiotics will not help treat a fibrolipoma, and it needs to be removed. I don't think you need to go to a hospital; this can be removed as an outpatient. I would look up general surgeons and this should be a relatively straightforward procedure.
