How Can Fatigue And Body Ache Be Managed?

I have always led a very active life. Over the past year I have really stopped exercising because I changed jobs, and moved. I have just started back to walking and swimming. I feel exhausted. My bones and muscles are sore and ache all the time. I am 63 years old and have been on blood pressure medication for about 8 years

Hi .
MAin thing to do is check your hydration and nutritional status , and sleep. Are you eating nutritious well balanced meals, are drinking at least 10-12 glasses of fluids a day, are you sleeping well? if not, please correct the above.

in spite of this, if symptoms persist do a complete blood picture, fasting and post prandial blood sugars, fasting lipid profile, LFT and RFT, TSH , vitamin D and B12 levels, which can be easily corrected if any of the values are abnormal.

Also it would be ideal to get a ECG, ECHO and TMT done as per the cartdiologists recommendation
