How Can Fatigue Along With Palpitations And Stomach Cramps Be Treated?

My partner is experiencing tiredness, heart palpitations, stomach cramps, light headed, she has a pinched nerve in her neck. Her heart has checked out ok in the past so she thinks it is the heat. This has been ongoing for a couple days now. What do I suggest she do.

Just mentioned here is general symptoms it is difficult to comment upon each symptom. Need clinical examination and investigation to confirm the cause.

It may be anxiety or panic attacks or gastritis or food poisoning.

Get it done ECG, chest X-ray, hemoglobin status and thyroid profile.

Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
