Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It can be a magnesium and calcium deficiency.
Some suggestions about the treatment are:
-Gently stretch the muscle by flexing your foot. Keep it flexed until the pain goes away
-stretch it.
-Put heat on the cramped muscle with a warm towel or heating pad.
-take magnesium and calcium supplements

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
