How Can Chronic Sinusitis Be Treated?

What can I take for a long standing sinus infection that causes a cough, have tried caugh syrups, drops, allergy pills all perscribed by Dr,s and allergy specialist, I m desperate, Thats ok, I called customer support number, and a person with an accent answered and seem to have no idea as to what I was speaking of, seem like a scam to me
