Hello,

Pacintane itself may relieve the tremor caused by drugs or parkinsonism.

It may cause a cloudy mind. For this, you may take alternate medication under your doctor advice.

First, you have to confirm the cause for the extrapyramidal symptoms. Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
