Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
The drug oxybutynin may be used to treat overactive bladder. It is available over-the-counter in patch form.
Also some foods that can help are:
-Low-fat or whole milk.
-Bananas.
-Blueberries.
-Fruits such as honeydew melon, pears, raisins, watermelon, and cucumber.
-Vegetables such as broccoli

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
