How Can A Sleep Disorder Causing Tiredness Be Treated?
hi, for the past few days, I ve been falling asleep very early but waking up two hours later very tired. when I fall asleep, I sleep hard...almost like I m passed out. I wake up two hours later and I m up for like 40 minutes and then I fall back asleep and the cycle repeats. because of this, I just constantly feel tired and drained of energy. what s wrong with me?
