How Can A Lipoma On The Left Arm Be Treated?

On my left arm I have had for a few years what was diagnosed as a
Lipoma. It’s at the bend of arm. It started growing and now it’s on both sides of elbow. Exrays shows it is something that grows in the vein not a lipoma and needs to be surgically removed. Will this affect blood flow

Any lipoma requires surgical excision for cure; the surrounding blood vessels are taken care with cauterisation process, so need not to worry for that part.
