Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The classical signs of head injuries and vomiting, loss of consciousness and seizure. However considering your age it would be better to take a CT scan of your head to rule out any intracranial injuries. Since you don’t have any of these symptoms, no need to worry. Relax and take adequate rest.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
