Hi,

UTI (Urinary tract infection) is very common among pregnant women. One course of antibiotics is not always enough to treat it.

So, you should repeat another course, but this time run urine culture and sensitivity testing to determine the right antibiotic.

Furthermore, try to take cranberry supplement to make the urine more acidic and reduce chances for UTI. Get back to your doctor to get another prescription of antibiotics.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini
