im a 48 year man in march 2013 i chack my sugar it was fasting 194 random 294 hb1c 9.2 weight 69 kg hight 5.3 fit i take treat ment and taken neodipar in repeat test random 135 fasting 100 hb1c 6.6 weight deresed now i want to gane some weight

For a height of 5 ft 3 in, the weight range (for a normal BMI) is 46 to 64 kg. If you are currently in this range then your weight is appropriate for your height.
