How To Interpret Eye Test Results?

Hi ...i have sph -00 both eyes and axis 90...and cylin right eye -1.00 left eye -0.75 these info is new but befor two years my test was sph -025 both eyes and AXIS 80 R eye ,78 L eye....cylin was -150 R eye ,,,,-125 L eye......so i don´t know these good or bad,can u please help me to find out....thanks
