Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day
Accidents are traumatic events. Many patients do have persistent headache and eye twitch following trauma. It does subside in couple of weeks. De-stressing, good sleep, plenty of oral fluids, citrus fruit juice with two spoon of honey added will help in early recovery.

Do get back to me if you have any other query

Wishing you healthy life and speedy recovery

Take care
