Have Bulging Veins On Temples, Pulsating When Feeling Them, Painless. Lacking Sleep, Slight Headache. Need To Worry?

I have bulging veins on my temples, one on each side. They are not noticeable but they pulsate when I feel them. They are also painless. I am scared I have a blood clot or some kind of serious issue. I have been lacking sleep a lot lately. I feel like this is the cause. Is this something I should worry about ? I am 18 years old. I so not experience severe headaches. I only get a slight headache in the morning but that is probably because of my sleeping position or because I am using the computer playing video games a lot.

Hello,
It is normal to find the veins on the temples and if tehy are painless then there is no need to worry. Since you are only 18 years old serious diseases involving blood clotting are not seen in this age.

Hence no need to worry.

Thank you
