Got Hit In The Face. Had Dizziness, Blurriness. After Three Days Having Headaches, Sensitivity. Matter Of Concern?

I got hit in the face with a persons arm from face to forehead as well as my eye and I became really dizzy and unable to focus visually but It didnt last long so I didnt go to a doctor, but after 3 days my head hurts and I have been getting migranes plus my head on the leftside is sensitive and if I touched my head it feels like a scrape kind of pain sometimes ive noticed if i thought to hard about something itll start to hurt and i cant focus. Should I be worried or is this normal?

FIRST OF ALL DONT THINK TOO MUCH.
IF U WERE BASHED ON YOUR FACE YOU SHOULD HAVE VISITED THE ER THAT DAY ONLY.
CAUSE SOMETIMES YOU WILL FEEL OK, BUT SOME DAMAGE WOULD HAVE OCCURED DUE TO THE TRAUMA WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN DETECTED BY PROPER EXAMINATION AND MAYBE A BRAIN SCAN TO RULE OUT ANY INTERNAL BLEEDING.
I SUGGEST YOU VISIT A DOCTOR AND GET A SCAN DONE SO THAT U WILL BE FREE OF ANY TENSION REGARDING WHY YOUR GETTING THESE HEADACHES.
BUT ON YOUR HISTORY I FEEL YOU HAVE GOT A BRUISE WHICH IS GIVING YOU PAIN AND TENDERNESS ON TOUCHING.
IF SCAN IS NORMAL AND ITS ONLY A BRUISE YOU CAN RELAX AND THERE IS NOTHING TO WORRY.
FOR YOUR HEADACHE I SUGGEST YOU TO CONSULT A NEUROLOGIST TO FIND OUT WHETHER ITS BECAUSE OF THE HIT OR SOME OTHER CAUSE,
