For the last 2-3 weeks I have noticed significant weakness

For the last 2-3 weeks I have noticed significant weakness in my legs and arms. My arms, from shoulder to fingertips, are semi numb. My dexterity is significantly affected. I must walk with a cane now as my balanced is poor and legs are weak. I have "zaps" from time to time, mostly in my shoulders, that feel like I'm having and EMG. It came on rather suddenly. I am type 2 diabetic and use insulin and know I have peripheral neuropathy, but was able to walk on my own. Any ideas?

Im 21 and have recently finished a 2 week course of vitamin b12 injections, I had an injection every other day. . My last injection was 3 days ago. I ve had the implant (implanon) for 2 and a half years now and for the last 2 years I ve had no periods and no blood but today I started spotting and I m just wondering if this could be to do with the injections? And if it was common or any common reasons for spotting?

I have been having pretty significant pain in both of my feet for 3 months since the beginning of basketball season. It hurts with pretty much anything I do including standing. I ve been to podiatrist twice tried 2 different inserts, night splints, and stretching, none of which worked. It s getting worse. I ve been told it s in my tendons but not what it is. I go back next week and I want to know what they are going to do, as well as what s wrong. Am I going to need braces or walking boots, or something? How long until I can get back to basketball?
