Feeling Of Having A Lump In The Throat

When I do exercise, I feel like there is a lump in my throat and the muscles up the side of my neck get really tight. I feel a little swollen around my neck and jaw but a doctor said my lymph nodes are not inflamed. I have been working a lot recently and am stressed so I feel like it could be that.

Hi,Dear thanks for the query to HCM Virtual Clinic.
I studied your query in all the details given by you.I reviewed all the data and in my opinion I would advise you to Plz check up with your doctor for thyroid swelling if any which might be compressing on your wind pipe.
If there is no thyroid gland lump, then forget this fear,as your lymphnodes are normal, indicating normal tonsills.
