Hello, Welcome to HCM, If you are allergic to mold, sleeping in a moldy hotel room can flare up your allergic rhinitis or asthma and cause short term worsening of symptoms. As you had infection of the lung , infection has been disseminated through the circulation to other parts of the body. Whenever there is a infection it will reduces the immunity and it leads to generalized myalgia and causing pain in the muscle. Once infection comes down the symptoms will come down. Thank you.
