Hello Sir, I m 25 Years Old, 5ft8 tall, 67kg.. I ve started Doing 5 days/week Early Morning 1-1/2hr Jogging+Normal Gym Workout, too drink 2-3L water daily.. I m willing to take Whey Protein Shake.. But I m afraid for it s harmful effect if any in a long run. Please advice. Also Please Advice If I should also take Revital . I will great if you advice more tips for building muscle.
