Dopes High Blood Pressure Cause Headache?

I am 27 and had a baby 9 months ago. I had to have a c-section due to preeclampsia. I had high blood pressure for a few weeks after pregnancy during which time I had bad headaches.
Now its 9 months later and about 3 weeks ago I started to get headaches, I thought maybe my pressure is up again but it seems ok when I check it. My headaches are light but they are non-stop. From morning to night. They are worst in the morning when i get out of bed during which time I feel really weak. Just clothing my child or some easy activities make me feel really tired, I get fast heart rate, my head hurts more, and I just need to sit down.
What can be causing me to feel like this? Why are the headaches not going away. I eat better, exercise, drink water......What can it be?
