Respected Sir , hi regarding vagus nerve development it`s not affected by childhood trauma.but yes person`s ability to experience a sense of well being or relaxation in the world overall is definately related to childhood trauma as its on the basis of subconcious brain aspects manifesting on the counciouness levels. for which detailed counselling with elemination process through exper psychiatrist help to a great extent dear thanks regards
