Does Exercising Along With Intake Of Norvasc Help In Reducing BP?

I am taking Norvasc 10 mg a day now for two months. This has certainly eased a serious blood pressure problem, but I can t seem to get it below an avage of 15/85. (a) Why can t one take more than 10mg of Norvasc to help further (b) will exercise say 15 minutes a day on mec exercise bike etc help j?

The maximum dose of norvasc is 10 mg a day. If you use a higher dose, it would be associated with side effects at no additional benefit to you.

It can sometimes be difficult to get a normal blood pressure on one medication only ,many persons need at least 2 meds.
If you cannot get your bp within the goals for hypertension, then you may need to see your doctor so that additional therapy can be added.
