Does Eating Chicken Increase Our Body Heat?

does eating chicken (cooked in ahealthy manner ..no oil ..low salt ) increase our body heat ? .. some times i get diarrohea and little boils in my skin .. it recovers after i drink lots of fluid with electolytes .. do i have a pressing problem or is it normal?
