Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Medicines for UTI will not cure Chlamydia. UTI is usually caused by Gram negative bacteria and to be treated with antibiotics on the basis of culture report. Chlamydia will be succeptible for Doxycyclins and Azithromycin.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
