Difficulty In Sleeping, Anxiety, Restless Eyeballs
I find it difficult to fall asleep at night...........quite often. Silly things keep my mind disturbing and bothered..........which in the daytime didnot affect my mind much. I fail to keep it out of my brain on those nights. A simple kind of anxiety (even sometimes happiness) keeps on coming to my mind which keeps my brain active and preventing me from falling asleep. I keep on changing sleeping positions as i dont feel drowsiness. I also noticed/felt that my eyeballs keep moving restlessly from left-to right and tight to left continusly (while my eyes are closed) during this period untill i get sleep Please help
