Could Vision Problems Be Related To Age Or Change Of Diet?

I recently lost about 15 pounds while on a diet. I eat very little carbs and weigh almost everything that goes into my mouth. I'm turning 43 and weigh about 106 pounds. I wear glasses but have noticed they are not working as well as they should. could this be age related or weight loss related?

Hi !
Vision is age related of course as it happens with all other organs of the body.this is more noticed after 40 because it is downgrading now.
It is not usually related with weight loss directly but of course related with very fluctuating sugar level. If your blood sugar level was always in normal limits, then it is more likely to be due to age in your case.
Normally after 40 annual eye check up should be done. Get your eye pressure also checked as a routine.Nothing to worry.
