Hello,

Your eosinophil count is mildly on the higher side. There is infection as pus cells and bacteria are seen. You are suggested to get Urinalysis (R/E and C/S) done. You will be treated with a course of specific antibiotic and analgesic to help reduce discomfort. Always consume adequate amount of fluids and water.

Manage your hygiene seriously. If sexually active you should abstain from sex and any sexual activity. Do not use public washrooms / toilets. Get repeat test done for high eosinophil count. It may be indicative of colorectal cancer, lymphoma or any other underlying medical condition (cervical, ovarian prostate cancer).

You are advised to get clinically examined. Get required tests and investigations done so that the pathology can be diagnosed, and treatment started. You should not take spicy, oily, acidic food. Take home-made well-balanced diet. You will be treated with corticosteroids if needed.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
