hi thanks for asking this on HCM, dont be afraid since it occured the day after your act it cant be any STD since you mention its bluish purple it could be a bruise caused by some rough love making. bruise occurs due to collection of blood beneath which will be painfull and it can get bigger due to innflamation in the surrounding region. consult with a venerologist for confirming it..
