Could Irritated, Pink Private Part After Having Sex Be Infection?
i had sex with my girlfriend while she had a yeast infection and my pubic area got a little irritated during sex but i thought nothing of it. i looked today and its pink and there are little things of what looks like puss at the bottom of the hair follicles.

From your description it seems that you may be having infection - most likely bacterial skin infection near hair gland area / could be candida infection
I suggest if you get a thrush cream from chemist & apply it twice a day for 5d - it will stop irritation
